Jethro Gilbert - Founder and Lead Facilitator
Jethro has spent more than a decade helping young people, emerging leaders and organisations develop the capability and confidence needed to succeed in positions of greater responsibility.
His experience spans education, humanitarian operations, military leadership and organisational development across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Students appreciate Jethro's practical, structured and down-to-earth approach, which focuses on accountability, sound judgement, communication and personal responsibility.
As a parent himself, he understands the challenges young people face and works closely with families to help students build confidence, maturity and readiness for life beyond school.
